What materials are GOT BAG products made from?
Our bags are crafted using Ocean Impact Plastic. We collect plastic waste from the ocean and coastal areas, which is then cleaned, shredded into pellets, and processed into high-quality recycled polyester yarn.
Are GOT BAG products waterproof?
Most of our products feature a high-quality TPU or PU coating on the inside and a PFC-free water-repellent finish on the outside, making them highly water-resistant and perfect for daily commutes and travel.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please visit our returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Do you offer a warranty on your bags?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your bag experiences any issues related to craftsmanship or material failure, we will repair or replace it for you.
